POLICIES
Our Guarantee
We guarantee your satisfaction. In addition, you are under no obligation to keep any shipment you do not want. Simply return all unopened products within 30 days and your account will be credited within three business days. We regret that we cannot refund opened makeup.
Minimum Order
If you have an account, our minimum billing order(exclusive of shipping) is $25.00. If you do not have an account, our minimum order (exclusive of shipping) is $15.00. If you do not meet our minimum requirement, we will impose a $5.00 minimum order charge to help differ the cost of processing your order.
Price Changes
All prices are subject to change without notice. If you phone, fax or mail in an order, we are not obligated to advise you of price increases. If you want to be advised of current pricing, please request a formal price quote. Please be advised that a formal price quote may add a few business days to process your order.
Account Eligibility
Accounts are granted to schools as long as the order is shipped to a legitimate school address. For schools ordering for the first time, you will be required to fax a copy of your order on school letterhead. We may not grant accounts to beauty schools.
Accounts may be provided to companies who order from usfrequently, and who order at least $1500.00 per year. If you are eligible for an account, you must provide four trade references and your complete bank information. Please allow two weeks for account approval.
Accounts are granted to film production companies upon receipt of their references and billing information. Upon review of this information, an account will be opened immediately.
Confirming Purchase Orders
If you phone in an order and then follow it up with an official confirmation, be sure it states "Confirmation - Do Not Duplicate". We will not be responsible for any duplicate shipments unless this statement appears on your paperwork.
Acknowledgments
We regret to state that we will not acknowledge any orders phoned, mailed or faxed to us. It is your responsibility to follow up on your orders.
Claims & Shortages
If your order indicates a back order (B/O), we will try to get this item to you as soon as possible. Many times we receive calls from people who think they have been short shipped, when in fact theitem is on back order.
If your paperwork indicates an item was shipped, and it was not in your box, give us a call.
If you receive a box that looks visably damaged, do not sign for it. Examine the contents to see if any items are damaged. If you sign a UPS, Fed Ex or Truck receipt without noting damage or missing cartons, no claim will be issued to you. There is no doubt that shipments get lost or damaged, but we can not help you if you sign for the shipment without noting damage.
Returns
Please do not return items without prior authorization. Our return policy is informal (no RA# will be issued) but we like to keep a look out for your return.
Custom-made items can not be returned!
We will not accept the return of any makeup that has been used. We are not a department store that charges high prices and can not afford to take makeup back. We take this policy very seriously and there will be no exceptions.
Substitutes
If color names, numbers and sizes are not given on your order, we have the right to substitute an item of similar quality or delete that item entirely. If you do not want substitutes on your order, please give us all the information available and write "No Substitutes Will Be Accepted".
Discounts
Please be advised that all our prices are discounted. If you are placing a very large order, and we mean large, management can review your pricing. Please allow additional days to process your order. No discounts will be given at our retail store!
Pick-Up Orders
Our retail store is open Monday thru Saturday from 11:00a.m. to 6:00p.m. During that time, they will do their best to help you. If you know what you want, you may call in your orders to the warehouse and then pick it up at our retail store. This will definitely help expediate your order. Please note that your order should be available for pickup after 3:00p.m. that day or the following business day.
Please be advised that we are not equipped to service walk-in customers at our warehouse location. We have no testers or displays. If you know what you want, you can call in your order. We regret that we can not service makeup customers at our warehouse, but the telephones are our mail priority.
Free Samples
We are excited to offer free samples of our makeup remover cloths and sponges. If you request a sample, we may sell your information to another site or catalog. Information gathered through purchases will not be sold unless the individual also requested free samples.
WHAT IF YOU NEED YOUR ORDER TOMORROW?
Paramount Express
During our busy seasons, February/March and September/October, it takes approximately five business days to prepare an order for shipment. Under normal conditions, and order will be shipped in three business days. Therefore, we will only charge Paramount Express to rush orders placed during the months of February, March, September and October.
During this period, if you need your order immediately, you should request our Paramount Express Service. Paramount Express Service guarantees an order will be shipped within 24 hours or less from when it is received. In addition you will receive immediate notification of back orders. The cost of Paramount Express is 10% of the net value of merchandise with a minimum charge of $5.00. Shipping charges are additional!
Shipping Costs
Shipping charges are calculated on the high end. Actual shipping charges will be based on the UPS or Fed Ex rate for your package plus a $2.00 handling fee.
