These RCMA palettes offer a wide range of shade combinations.  Each palette has a colection of shades that can be blended together to create the perfect shade.  A must for every makeup artist's kit.

Each color can be purchased separately, as well, and refilled with a spatula into the palette.

These foundations were developed by renown makeup artist Vincent J-R Kehoe. As President and Director of the Research Council of Make-up Artists, he designed and produced a foundation that has been the choice of professionals and celebrities for decades. These palettes are a must for any artists looking to build a better kit.
