FAQ FOR ORDERS
- How will I know when my order ships?
An email will be sent when your order ships and will include any relevant tracking numbers.
- Your site says you have free shipping but I didn’t get it?
Your order only qualifies for free shipping if it is under 9 lbs and within the continental United States. Free shipping is excluded on orders with LimeLight by Alcone items as well as those with hazardous items.
- Why are some products only able to ship ground only?
These items meet the criteria for hazardous material and therefore, cannot be shipped by air.
- Do you ship internationally?
We do offer international shipping. Please note that you will be responsible for any taxes and fees charged by your country’s customs division.
- Do your items leave the warehouse the day I order them?
We make every effort to ship orders within one business day. Orders placed after 12 PM EST most often are shipped out the following business day.
Orders that select expedited shipping are fulfilled before those that choose standard shipping packages.
- If I choose free shipping, when can I expect my order to arrive?
To make free shipping available, we select the carrier with the lowest rate. Therefore, we ask customers to allow for up to 10 business days for their package to arrive. Whenever possible we do our best to get it to you as quickly as possible.
- Can I get free shipping and be sure that the package will arrive before a certain day?
If you need your package by a certain day, you should select a carrier that can guarantee your delivery. Free shipping is meant to help customers save money on orders they do not need right away. We ask that you allow up to 10 business days for any free-shipping order to arrive.
- Are shipping charges refundable?
They are not.
- Do free shipping and flat rate shipping promotions apply to international orders?
These promotion are for ground, domestic shipping and up to 9 lbs only.
- How do you figure out your shipping rates?
The rates you see during checkout are live rates from the shipping carriers.
- Can I ship a hazardous material overseas?
Unfortunately, we cannot ship flammable or hazardous material by air.
- Where can I return an item?
We will gladly accept returns and exchanges of unused makeup for up to 30 days after you receive your order. To return an item, please send the items along with your original packing slip to: Returns Department, 5-45 49th Avenue, Long Island City, NY 11101.
- I'm a Super Pro- Can I use other discounts with it?
Coupon Codes and other discounts cannot be combined with the Super Pro Discount.
