Make Up For Ever Eye Seal
Cake eyeliner sealer is alcohol-free and waterproof.
Use instead of water to waterproof all powdery makeup including Star Powder, Diamond Powder, Eyeshadows, Cake Eyeliner, pigments and glitter.
Intensifies makeup colors and pearl effects. Its alcohol-free formula doesn't irritate skin and can be applied close to the eyes.

To apply: Pour a few drops of Eye Seal into the lid. Dip a fine brush into the product and mix. Great for mixing two products together such as mixing eyeshadow with Star Powder.
To waterproof eye pencils: Apply the pencil as you normally would, then apply Eye Seal over it with the brush.
Clean brush after each use.
